Draft beer equipment - Change carbon dioxide
In order to serve the perfect beer, it is important to understand the key elements of the beer system and how to change the carbonate dioxide cylinder.
Carbon dioxide is used as a propellant, but also to retain the natural carbonate which evolved during the fermentation process in brewing of beer. Through a reducing valve and a hose, pressure carbonation beer out of the barrel and on up the filling tap.
In order to avoid foam problems, it important that the pressure setting is correct in relation to the type of beer and in which the temperature the barrel is stored.
If any problems arise, contact our service department.
