In one of the best preserved breweries in Belgium, Brouwerij Slaghmuylder in the small town of Ninove, perhaps one of the best Belgian blonde is brewed, with the designation and the name Witkap Stimulo and the title "living beer ". Its absolutely alive, after fermenting in the bottle and so it appears light sparkling on the tongue. The beer is golden blond, misty on appearance with a pleasant aromatic scent. It is rich and round, yet complex on taste and mouth feel. A pleasant beer to be enjoyed over time.

Bryggeriet Slaghmuylder ble etablert i 1860 av Emmanuel Slaghmuylder. I 1979 begynte bryggeriet å brygge Witkap-Pater etter en forespørsel fra bryggeriet "De Drie Linden".
I 1981 tok Slaghmuylder offisielt over Witkap-Pater. Bryggeri Slaghmuylder er en unik familiebedrift med lange tradisjoner.
